Both the 2023 W2 and 1099 definition files are available now

The files are located in the FLEXform Support Portal knowledge base under 2023 Year End Tax forms

The 2022 1095c files are now posted on the support portal. There are two significant changes to this year's form.

• A printer capable of duplex (double-sided) printing is required.
• The 1095c cut sheet can be printed on blank paper and folded into the DWMR envelope. We will provide blank form stock that is designed to be easily folded.

We have found a significant issue with the 1099-NEC-Copy B2 Definition file. The previous definition file version did not create a 1099-NEC-Copy B2 for each taxpayer. Please download and install the new definition file found in 1099_nec_copy_b2.zip on your system. This file and the other 1099-NEC forms are also available in the 2022-1099-rev3.zip file. We recommend reprinting all your 1099-NEC documents to ensure every taxpayer receives a copy.

We found an issue with the "Copy A" definition file for the 1099-NEC form. The original definition file printed the first vendor twice on a page while skipping the second vendor. 
The 2022-1099-rev2.zip file has a corrected version of the definition file. Please download the 2022-1099-rev2.zip and replace your "Copy A" definition with the revised definition in the version 2 zip file.

The 2022 year-end tax form 1099 and W2 definition files are now available.
